Leonard Green & Partners to acquire GeoStabilization International from KKR.

Leonard Green & Partners, an American private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire GeoStabilization International, a geohazard mitigation firm, from KKR, an American global investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction is a testament to our years of collaboration with KKR and also reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire GSI team. KKR catalyzed our all-employee ownership program, developing an ownership culture that has made us even stronger.
