Patterson-backed Animal Health International completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mountain Vet Supply.

Patterson-backed Animal Health International, a U.S.-based distributor specializing in production animal supplies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mountain Vet Supply, a regional distributor serving ranchers and livestock producers through retail and delivery channels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Mountain Vet Supply has been a cornerstone in Fort Collins for nearly 40 years, supplying ranchers and producers through their retail store and customer delivery structure. We look forward to serving their customer base in the Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming and Montana markets.
