DealerOn completed the acquisition of Sincro from Ansira.

DealerOn, a provider of websites and sales and marketing enablement technology for automotive dealerships, completed the acquisition of Sincro, an automotive dealership solutions business, from Ansira, a marketing technology and services company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
