CapMan Infra to acquire the Finland residential area fibre network from Telia.

CapMan Infra, an energy, transportation and telecommunications infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire the Finland residential area fibre network from Telia, a telecommunications company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Valokuitunen has grown its operations systematically, nearly twenty folding its network coverage in five years. This deal accelerates the company’s growth further, and, through the Open Fiber concept, brings freedom of choice to even more Finnish homes,” Sauli Antila, CapMan Infra Investment Director.
