Tratos Cavi completed the acquisition of AFL Telecommunications.

Tratos Cavi, an electrical, electronic and fibre optic cable technology, completed the acquisition of AFL Telecommunications, a provider of fiber optic solutions for broadband networks, data centers, energy infrastructure, and other applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TRATOS and AFL’s Mönchengladbach plant share a strong commitment to quality products and services to core customers in the power utility, rail and specialty markets.
