Nordic Capital-backed Conscia completed the acquisition of Kanari Group.

Nordic Capital-backed Conscia, a provider of cybersecurity and networking solutions for mission-critical IT infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Kanari Group, a provider of observability solutions for complex IT environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am excited to welcome customers and employees from Kanari to Conscia. We add a new technology domain to Conscia enhancing our relevance to our customers.
