Broadview-backed Westag, a high-quality surface materials and engineered wood products manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Reinaerdt, a functional and specialty doors manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Reinaerdt, Westag strengthens its market position and expands its range, especially in the field of solid wood special construction and partition wall construction. Thus, it comes one big step closer to its claim as a manufacturer of technically demanding special doors.
