SLR Investment, aa yield-oriented business development company that invests directly and indirectly in senior secured loans of private middle market companies to generate current income that is distributed to shareholders quarterly, completed the acquisition of factoring business from Webster Bank, an American commercial bank, for $115m. “The addition of this business marks our fourth acquisition under the ownership of SLRC.
