SEB completed the acquisition of Biototal from MVI.

SEB, a Swedish financial services group, completed the acquisition of Biototal, a circular economy solutions provider, from MVI, a Nordic private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With SEB Private Equity as its new growth partner, Biototal’s reinvesting founders are well-positioned to advance circularity further and continue the company's profitable growth journey, while also enhancing its position as the industry’s most attractive employer.
