Ames Watson, a private holding company, completed the acquisition of collegiate apparel and teamwear business of Champion, a clothing brand specializing in sportswear, from Hanesbrands, an American multinational clothing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a perfect fit for Ames Watson.
