Bergman & Beving completed the acquisition of Levypinta.

Bergman & Beving, a Swedish firm specializing in acquiring and developing industrial companies, completed the acquisition of Levypinta, a high-pressure laminated boards manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Levypinta is a leading player in its niche in Finland and Sweden. The company has an efficient and flexible production with a wide assortment of customized high-quality laminate.
