Lunar Solar Group, a growth consultancy and marketing technology studio, completed the acquisition of MuteSix, a US-based performance marketing agency specializing in direct-to-consumer ecommerce and full-funnel media & creative services from Dentsu Aegis Network, a global advertising & media network providing marketing communications and media services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
