OSI Group completed the acquisition of Park 100 Foods.

OSI Group, a global leader in supplying value-added protein items and other food products, completed the acquisition of Park 100 Foods, a privately owned leader in custom kettle-cooked food manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an incredible partnership of similar cultures and business approaches that will help us broaden our overall OSI processing capabilities.
