Invest Group Zouari to acquire a majority stake in Picard Surgelés from Lion Capital.

Invest Group Zouari, an investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Picard Surgelés, a French food company specializing in the manufacture and retail distribution of frozen products, from Lion Capital, a British private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
