H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of SkinCure Oncology.

H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of SkinCure Oncology, a provider of image-guided superficial radiation therapy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Kerwin and the SkinCure Oncology team.
