Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Air Power Systems, Blutek, and UT Pumps & Systems for $135m.

Ingersoll Rand, a provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions, completed the acquisition of Air Power Systems, a provider of hydraulic and pneumatic products and engineered solutions, Blutek, a highly engineered solutions provider for compressed air and nitrogen generation in mission-critical environments, and UT Pumps & Systems, a manufacturer of screw pumps and triplex plunger pumps, for $135m. “Investments in sustainability, innovation, and aftermarket are core to our growth and today’s announcement underscores our commitment to deploy capital in pursuit of this strategy.
