Dall Energy completed the acquisition of Weiss France Énergie from Groupe Roullier.

Dall Energy, a Danish biomass energy and pyrolysis technology-provider, completed the acquisition of Weiss France Énergie, a designer, manufacturer and installer of industrial boilers, from Groupe Roullier, a French agribusiness conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled about this acquisition. Weiss is a local, leading energy-technology provider, and our technologies complement each other. Together, we will deliver even better solutions to the country’s district heating-companies and processing industry," Jens Bentzen, Dall Energy CEO.
