Idealist Capital, Sanimax and Fondaction completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Entosystem for CAD58m.

Idealist Capital, an investment firm focused on accelerating the energy transition, Sanimax, a family business specializing in agri-food industry rendering services, and Fondaction, an investment fund specialized in fields such as energy efficiency, soil conservation and circular economy, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Entosystem, a company producing insect protein and fertilizers, for CAD58m. "This agreement is the result of a rich collaboration with strategic business partners and, above all, the dedication of an outstanding team without whom Entosystem would not have been able to position itself so quickly as a world leader in its sector.
