Artex completed the acquisition of Risk International from BV Investment Partners.

Artex, an alternative risk and capital solutions subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, completed the acquisition of Risk International, provider of independent risk management and employee benefits consulting services, from BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Risk International's advisory expertise and client relationships are an excellent strategic fit for Artex and will provide opportunities for growth.
