LU-VE Group, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of heat exchangers and cooling systems, completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in Refrion, a manufacturer specializing in air heat exchangers and cooling systems for industrial and HVAC applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
