Ecclesia, a German insurance broker, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in BS&F, a specialty insurance broker and social security services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, we are securing a leading position in the Netherlands in a specialized market segment. In addition, we are bringing further expertise into our group of companies and can expand our service portfolio in a targeted manner,” Jochen Körner, Ecclesia Group CEO.
