Cox Enterprises completed the acquisition of Loop Tackle.

Cox Enterprises, an American privately held global conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Loop Tackle, a company committed to producing elite fly-fishing equipment and the conservation of wild fish populations. Financial terms were not disclosed. Since 2007, Cox has invested more than $2bn in sustainable businesses and technologies, and this acquisition is part of Cox’s commitment to growing the company while continuing to contribute to positive environmental change.
