Size Holdings to acquire Walter Lilly & Co from Renew Holdings.

Size Holdings, a quality construction, specialist crafts and maintenance services provider, agreed to acquire Walter Lilly & Co, a construction and maintenance services provider, from Renew Holdings, an engineering services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I would like to thank all the staff of Walter Lilly for their dedication and commitment over many years of service to the Group.
