Oakley Capital completed the investment in Assured Data Protection.

Oakley Capital, a pan-European private equity investor, completed the investment in Assured Data Protection, a managed services provider focused on backup, disaster recovery and cyber resiliency as a service. Financial terms were not disclosed.
