Blue Owl Capital completed the acquisition of IPI Partners for $1bn.

Blue Owl Capital, an alternative asset manager, completed the acquisitiono of IPI Partners, a digital infrastructure fund manager, for $1bn. The completion of the acquisition of IPI’s business further enhances Blue Owl’s digital infrastructure strategy as part of the firm’s Real Estate platform.
