Hofmann Plastics completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PAP Packaging.

Hofmann Plastics, a food and industrial plastic containers and packaging manufacturer, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PAP Packaging, a plastic, paper and pulp-made food packaging products designer and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today marks a very important day in our history. We see a lot of synergies with Hofmann Plastics and PAP and are looking forward to working with its existing management team and employees to grow its business and market share in Czechia and in Central Europe.
