Butterfly completed the acquisition of The Duckhorn Portfolio for $1.95bn.

Butterfly, a private equity firm specializing in the food and beverage sector, completed the acquisition of The Duckhorn Portfolio, an American wine company, for $1.95bn. “We are honored to partner with Duckhorn and welcome the Company to the Butterfly family.
