Mytheresa to acquire YOOX Net-a-Porter from Richemont.

Mytheresa, an online store that offers women's luxury and designer fashion products, agreed to acquire YOOX Net-a-Porter, an Italian online fashion retailer, from Richemont, a luxury goods holding company, in exchange for a 33% stake in Mytheresa. “We are pleased to have found such a good home for YNAP.
