Cetera completed the acquisition of Concourse Financial Group Securities from Protective Life.

Cetera, the premier financial advisor Wealth Hub, completed the acquisition of Concourse Financial Group Securities, a retail distribution system, dually registered broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, from Protective Life, a financial service holding company in Birmingham, Alabama. Financial terms were not disclosed.
