Clemens Capital completed the acquisition of 3S Technologies.

Clemens Capital, a family-owned private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 3S Technologies, a technology company specializing in gas sensor and analysis systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see the product portfolio and technical competence of 3S Technologies as an absolute market entitlement. Together with our commercial and sales expertise, there is considerable potential to develop 3S Technologies into a successful technology company," Martin Bartels, Clemens Capital Founding Partner and Managing Director.
