Minerva Bunkering completed the acquisition of Bomin Group from Mabanaft.

Minerva Bunkering, a global marine fuel supplier, completed the acquisition of Bomin Group, a company active in the bunker business and suppliers of bunker oil, from Mabanaft, an independent and integrated energy company. “This acquisition marks an exciting extension of our footprint in the Americas. By integrating Bomin’s assets and capabilities, we can better serve our customers and deepen our physical supply presence in strategic markets like Houston and Norfolk,” Tyler Baron, Minerva Bunkering CEO.
