Ferraro Foods completed the acquisition of Botticelli Food Service from Botticelli Foods.

Ferraro Foods, a company specializing in distributing Italian specialty food products, completed the acquisition of Botticelli Food Service, the distribution arm of Botticelli Foods, which focuses on supplying Italian ingredients to pizzerias and restaurants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Botticelli Food Service and their loyal customer base are a perfect fit for what we do at Ferraro Foods.
