Partena completed the acquisition of HR Partners.

Partena, a Belgian company specializing in HR services and administrative management solutions, completed the acquisition of HR Partners, a Belgian company specialized in human resources. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation represents an important step in the strategy of both groups. The sale of shares in Dynafin Consulting, a member of the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem, to Partena means that the latter now owns 100% of HR Partners. This agreement is the fruit of a shared desire to refocus the activities of each company on their respective strategic axes.
