Yard Reaas, an Italian real estate consultancy and integrated management services, completed the acquisition of Avalon Real Estate, a consulting firm specializing in project management, valuation, and technical advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Avalon strengthens our team in strategic service segments. This move is a further step in our development plan with AnaCap, aimed at consolidating our leadership in the Italian market and progressing towards becoming a top player at a European level," Emanuele Bellani, Yard Reaas CEO.
