Descartes, a provider of inter-enterprise software for the execution of supply-chain management, completed the acquisition of Sellercloud, a provider of omnichannel ecommerce solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We continue to listen to our customers for key areas of investment in our Global Logistics Network.
