Lynx Equity completed the acquisition of Esmay Electric.

Lynx Equity, a Canadian private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Esmay Electric, a specialized electrical contractor focused on solar panel installations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Esmay Electric to the Lynx family and enter into the solar energy sector.
