Gruppo Mastrotto completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Coindu.

Gruppo Mastrotto, a tanning company producing leathers for automotive, fashion and interior design purposes, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Coindu, a leather and fabric automotive interiors designer and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to the synergies derived from this operation, we will be able to offer an integrated service to our customers and respond even more effectively to market needs, improving our production capabilities and our technical know-how. Coindu will maintain its brand, its innovative production strategy and its independence in the market," Antonio Candido, Coindu CEO.
