Periodika Privatstiftung, Wolfgang Jansky, Robert Knobl and Alta agreed to acquire 51% stake in DJ Digitale Medien, an online news-publishing company, from TX Group, a media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The co-shareholders and partners see the proposed acquisition as an ideal opportunity to take up the shares that become available and are focused on a sustainable and long-term increase in the value of DJ Digitale Medien.
