Juniper Square to acquire Forstone Luxembourg.

Juniper Square, a provider of partnership enablement for the private funds industry, agreed to acquire Forstone Luxembourg, a certified public accountant. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition stems from the approach we've taken since day one: working closely with our customers to deeply understand their needs and finding new, innovative ways to support them. Our global expansion efforts, which began earlier this year in India, are further strengthened with this acquisition.
