Royal Unibrew to acquire the Minttu and local nordic brands portfolio from Pernod Ricard.

Royal Unibrew, a brewing and beverage company, agreed to acquire the Minttu and local nordic brands portfolio from Pernod Ricard, a global wine and spirits group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The local portfolio of brands includes spirits, liqueurs and Finnish wine brands, the most known being liqueur Minttu, along with their related production assets based in Turku (Finland). Hartwall also acquires Lapponia liqueurs as well as a wide selection of berry and fruit wines and a variety of glögi brands.
