Gryphon Investors completed the acquisition of RapidAir from Pfingsten Partners.

Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RapidAir, a provider of branded downstream compressed air solutions, from Pfingsten Partners, a private equity firm investing in manufacturing, distribution, and business service sectors.
