Cyera, a data security company, completed the acquisition of Trail Security, a next-generation data loss prevention company, from venture capital firms Lightspeed Venture, CRV and Cyberstarts, for $162m. “The acquisition of Trail is a pivotal step in Cyera’s journey to reshape the future of data security.
