WAGNER Group to acquire majority stake in A.F.I. Solutions.

WAGNER Group, a company specializing in integrated fire protection solutions, agreed to acquire a majority stake in A.F.I. Solutions, a company focused on fire protection systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
