Wafra to acquire a majority stake in Aquila Air Capital from Warburg Pincus.

Wafra, an alternative asset manager, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Aquila Air Capital, a specialty finance platform focused on providing aviation asset financing, from Warburg Pincus, a global growth investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are deeply grateful to Warburg Pincus for their belief in our vision and for supporting our growth over the last three and a half years.
