TOPPAN Holdings completed the acquisition of HID’s CID business from ASSA ABLOY.

TOPPAN Holdings, a Japanese global printing company, completed the acquisition of HID’s CID business from ASSA ABLOY, a provider of access solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HID’s CID business has proven capabilities in delivering secure identity solutions, which accelerates the expansion of TOPPAN’s global operations.
