Randoncorp completed the acquisition of European Braking Systems.

Randoncorp, a company specializes in producing solutions for equipment, automotive systems, and transportation services, completed the acquisition of European Braking Systems, an auto parts store. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an important deal for Master Freios, taking the company to a new level, combining greater revenue resilience with global operations. In addition to significant advances in the aftermarket segment, this move will also allow the company to reach new customers in Europe and Asia, significantly contributing to the company’s internationalization strategies," Ricardo Escoboza, Randoncorp Executive Vice President for South America.
