Stripe completed the acquisition of Bridge for $1.1bn.

Stripe, an API technology company that provides online payment processing and commerce solutions, completed the acquisition of Bridge, a payments platform built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement, for $1.1bn. "It’s been incredible hearing from users just how big an impact stablecoin infrastructure is already making. We believe stablecoins will play a critical role in turbocharging cross-border commerce," Neetika Bansal, Stripe Business Lead.
