Söderberg & Partners, a wealth manager, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Cheltenham IFA, a financial consultant. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It became apparent quite early in our discussions that our ideas and ethos were perfectly aligned with Söderberg & Partners. The partnership will allow us to accelerate growth through further business acquisitions whilst using enhanced technology to improve both our efficiency and our client proposition," Mark Stanley, Cheltenham IFA Director and Independent Financial Adviser.
