Insteel Industries completed the acquisition of Engineered Wire Products for $70m.

Insteel Industries, a manufacturer of steel wire reinforcing products, completed the acquisition of Engineered Wire Products, a manufacturer of welded wire reinforcement, for $70m. “We are pleased to complete the acquisition of EWP. This move will expand our geographic footprint and bolster our competitive position in the Midwest market.
