Atlantic Union Bankshares completed the acquisition of Sandy Spring Bancorp for $1.3bn.

Atlantic Union Bankshares, the holding company for Atlantic Union Bank, completed the acquisition of Sandy Spring Bancorp, a bank holding company headquartered in Olney, Maryland, for $1.3bn. “We are excited to have the Sandy Spring team officially join Atlantic Union Bank.
